Hang 10 Emissions Certification is a mobile app being developed for Android phones and tablets and Apple iPhone and iPad devices, giving credentialed testers a portable way to perform California Clean Truck Check OBD compliance testing without a dedicated PC workstation.
It is designed around a simple, guided testing workflow and mainstream mobile hardware. The product has been submitted for California review and is undergoing the applicable validation and certification process.
Hang 10 has not yet received final California approval and cannot yet be used for official Clean Truck Check testing.

Pacific Crest Diagnostics is a mobile emissions diagnostic app being developed for Android phones and tablets and Apple iPhone and iPad devices. It reads and analyzes emissions-related vehicle data without requiring a dedicated PC diagnostic workstation.
Its goal is to help users identify emissions-related problems and assess whether a vehicle is likely to pass or fail an official emissions inspection before the vehicle is taken for testing.
Pacific Crest is in the final stages of development, with availability targeted for September 2026 through Google Play and the App Store.
The assessment is not a guarantee of an official inspection result. Release timing is subject to change.
